I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but relationships are everywhere:
- Career advancement doesn’t happen without building good relationships based on credibility and trust
- Living a meaningful life is the effect of having a great relationship with ourselves, respecting our own values with integrity.
Since I start walking the writer’s path I noticed how important it is to also build great relationships in this new direction. And frankly, I was quite surprised noticing that many authors consider fellow writers as peers to collaborate with instead of competing. I had the same feeling in the coaching community as well, and it has the potential of creating great partnerships.
Why I’m talking about this?
Because in a few hours I’ll be the guest speaker for the webinar series Fired Up With The Expert, hosted by Megan Wagner – a fellow writer and Marketing/PR specialist, author of Fighting FIRED with Fire. We’ve met in an online group of authors, and explored further opportunities to collaborate. Some might consider that our books compete against each other for the job seekers’ attention, while we believe that readers can actually benefit more from reading both books because they present valuable points of view that are quite complementary.
In today’s webinar, I’ll share tips and strategies that could help introverts to build better relationships with themselves and others … leading to a more effective job search!
While this kind of information you can also find in my book Introverts: Leverage Your Strengths for an Effective Job Search, there is a difference: during this interactive webinar we’ll open to questions from the audience.
