Day 10:
- What could you do to touch someone’s soul?
- A smile, acknowledging and encouraging people around you might melt the ice, and make you feel good at the same time.
Most of us are good at criticizing and seeing the faults in others’ behavior. Have you noticed how you feel while doing that?
If you want to be your best friend, smile, acknowledge and encourage yourself so you don’t add more burden to whatever you already have on your shoulders.
And do the same with others! Don’t you feel good when someone looks at you with a genuine smile? When you’re encouraged and acknowledged for who you are?
So help others feel the same, which will have a ripple effect on your own being.
