The first thing I do when I feel getting stuck is to check if I’m I tired. 🙂 That’s usually when the negative thoughts sneak in, and the limiting beliefs seem to gain more traction in my head. If I’m tired, I make sure I get enough sleep.
If I’m tired, I make sure I get enough sleep. If I’m not, and I’m not sick either, I pay attention to the beliefs I ponder in my mind. Quite often there is at least one that keeps me stuck in my own train of thoughts, instead of letting it all go and allow the present moment to inspire me. Just shifting attention to the present moment makes the trick! 🙂
